エマージング・アーティスト賞受賞者チェン・ランの個展、盛況のうちに閉幕

Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art（CFCCA）で開催されていたチェン・ラン氏による英国で初の個展「Diary of a Madman: Manchester Plan, New Bees」が1月12日、盛況のうちに閉幕しました。
「狂人日記（Diary of a Madman）」シリーズの最新作である本作は、昨年CFCCAでの短期レジデンス中に英国で撮影されたマルチチャンネル映像です。「異質」に興味を持ったチェン氏は、 “訪問者”“よそ者”の視点からマンチェスターの街を探索し、人が新しい街や不慣れな土地・居住空間を経験する様を表現しています。
